A fresh start
Welcome!
Recently, I've been working on this blog, a platform for creating and sharing my thoughts, experiences, and learnings with you. I'm going to talk about web, ai, design, infra, scalability, security, productivity and more. In the past, I've been using platforms like Hashnode, Medium, Substack, etc. The main reason I've decided to build my own blog is to have more control over the content and the platform, to be able to design a very unique and interactive experience for you.
It's all very flexible and enables me to render any React component in the post itself, which is a Markdown (.mdx) RSC (React Server Component) file.

We've got here some nice inline code highlighting const name: string = "Simon";
in any language def function_name(arg1, arg2):
with my favorite theme, tokyo-night (definitely the best of all time).
A little bit about me

Self-taught and passionate about IT since the age of 12 (20 years old now), I developed expertise as a software engineer and architect, with a specialization in web development. I'm also working on mobile applications, user interface and experience design (UX Research , UX / UI Design). I am deeply excited about the cloud, data science (Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision), penetration testing and various other topics. I am enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and learning new things, which is why I run this blog and a YouTube channel where I share my ideas and inspirations. Big fan of Linux and opensource, I have worked on several projects and published a few libraries. Currently, I am focusing on designing scalable technological solutions with high social impact, while expanding my knowledge in other areas.
What I'm working on
I'm currently working on a project called cofloh.com. Cofloh's mission is to simplify project management and empower every team to achieve ambitious goals without the burden of expensive tools. I started working on it based on my own experience as a project manager through differents African startups. I built it in public since day one. On my free time, I'm also building craftship.dev, a platform to learn how to build, ship and scale projects faster and easier than ever, with a modern stack. I'm trying to have there short videos with real-world examples and projects, all around a community.
What I'm learning
Recently I'm spending most of my "learning time" on marketing. But practically it's just about looking at case studies. I would rather experiment in the real world to get instant feedback than read endless books. I'm learning how to build a brand, grow a community and also how to build a product that people want to use. Technically, I felt in love with the go programming language and I'm attracted more and more to low-level programming and topics around data-structure and algorithms.
